The Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "TOS") apply when users access and use this service. By using this service, users agree to be bound by TOS.
Only those who agree to TOS are allowed to use this service. Users who are minors need consent from their parent or legal guardian to use this service. Users who do not meet the minimum age required by the laws of their region may not use this service.
This service does not require account registration. Each time you place an order, you provide the necessary information — such as your name, email address, and shipping address — as a guest.
Privacy Policy of this serviceexplains how the information provided by users to this service and how it is handled. By using this service, users confirm that they have understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy.
Payment is processed through an external payment processor, Stripe. By making a purchase, users also agree to be bound by Stripe's own terms of use.
Each product is handmade, one item at a time. Because of natural variation in materials, the color and texture of the actual item may differ slightly from what is shown in photos.
Products are shipped from Taipei worldwide, and a flat shipping fee is added regardless of destination.
Any customs duties, import consumption tax, or other charges that may arise in the destination country or region are the responsibility of the purchaser. This service has no knowledge of, and no control over, whether such charges apply or their amount.
Because products are made to order for each purchase, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons of personal preference.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if the item received differs from what was ordered, please contact us within the specified period, and we will provide a refund or remake the item.
Coupon codes may be used once per order and are subject to conditions such as an expiration date and number of available uses; they cannot be used if these conditions are not met. Coupon codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The intellectual property rights to the software, design, logos, trademarks, product designs, and all other content that make up this service belong to the operator of this service or its rightful owners. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of these without prior permission.
We take great care in providing our services, however due to network issues, unauthorized access, system failures, or other unforeseen circumstances, data may be lost or altered. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of such incidents.
Users must not engage in any of the following while using this service:
・Infringing on the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights and trademarks, of this service or any third party.
・Posting content that violates laws or regulations, or any act contrary to laws or public order and morals.
・Any act related to criminal activity.
・Impersonating another person, interfering with the operation of this service, or placing an excessive load on its servers or networks.
・Unauthorized access, or improper use through bots or other automated tools.
・Abusing the order form, such as by entering false information or placing fraudulent orders.
・Using a stolen or otherwise fraudulent payment method, or attempting to evade payment.
・Misusing coupon codes, including duplicate or unauthorized use beyond the conditions set for their use.
・Spamming, or unsolicited advertising or solicitation.
・Any other act that this service deems inappropriate.
This service may, at its own discretion, cancel or decline any order it suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms.
This service is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties as to its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or the like. Details of the disclaimer regarding use of this service are governed by the Disclaimer. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, this service shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of this service. If a user violates these terms or a dispute arises with a third party in connection with the use of this service, the user shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to this service.
The service may modify TOS as necessary. Any such changes will be posted on this service.
The service may change, limit, suspend, or terminate the service at any time for any reason.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute between a user and this service regarding this service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance. Even if any provision of these terms, or part thereof, is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
